Man, Where do I begin? The first time I heard this song was literally all the way back in the summer of 2008, and ever since then it completely stuck with me to the point where I had it on constant replay. I was absolutely blown away... chills went down my spine and all through out my body.
I guess you could say that I hadn't heard anything like this at the time.
Genre wise though, I'd probably call this Trip-Hop. Nonetheless, it is still some genuinely amazing work!

Very Very Eerie!
It gives me a feeling, where you watch, or listen to something scary. And you think someone else is in the room with you. But you know that can't be true, because your home alone. Sitting on your computer seeing scary shit(like this) and after a while your mind starts to play tricks on you. Because you start seeing things out of the corner of your eyes. And then this just makes me want to scream and hide under the covers, for fear that a killer broke into the house.

To me personally, It gives me a eerie feeling. And it fills me with chills. Sorta sounds satanic. I love it! Very creepy..., It would be perfect in a horror movie or in one of those short films where they talk about a haunted house or something.
